Please read our shipping policy carefully, as OsteoIQ® has different shipping guidelines depending on the product.
OsteoIQ® Optimal Genomics
- Available for U.S. and worldwide shipping, except to France, where the shipment of genetic testing kits is currently prohibited.
- For all other countries, it is the customer’s responsibility to research and comply with their country’s import regulations. OsteoIQ® is not responsible for any delays, additional fees, duties, or customs charges incurred during import.
OsteoIQ® Bone Turnover Marker Bundle, Active Bone Loss, and Bone Builder Tests
- Available within the U.S. and Canada. Please note that our lab locations are limited in Hawaii and Rhode Island. If you purchase from one of these states and are unable to find a lab provider, please contact us and we will issue a full refund.
Country-Specific Shipping Details
- United States: All orders receive free shipping.
- Canada: Shipping cost is $19.95 USD.
- United Kingdom: Shipping cost is $24.95 USD.
- Other International Countries: Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
- We are unable to ship OsteoIQ® Optimal Genomics tests to France at this time.
Notes for International Shipments
- OsteoIQ® is not liable for any additional fees, duties, or customs charges that may be applied to your order. You are responsible for researching these potential costs before placing your order.
- Once processed, international shipments typically take 2-6 weeks to arrive, but delivery times can vary greatly depending on the country and its customs process.
- Some countries may charge duty taxes; however, we cannot predict or include these in advance. Please refer to your local customs agency for more details before placing an order.
- Customs regulations may change monthly in each country. If they are not followed correctly, your order could be returned or confiscated. OsteoIQ® is not liable for any damages or fees caused by customs and will not refund orders confiscated by customs. You are purchasing at your own risk. If a package is returned to us by customs in good condition, we will issue a refund for the product cost, minus the shipping cost and any processing fees we incur.
